Monitoring and Evaluation ManagerMs. Mphatso Zulu is a dedicated Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) professional with over seven years of progressive experience in project coordination, monitoring, and evaluation within the development sector. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Social Studies) from the University of Malawi and a Certificate in Project Design, Monitoring and Evaluation from Unik Multimedia. Currently serving as the MEL Coordinator at OSSEDI Malawi, she has contributed to major initiatives such as the Climate Just Communities (CJC) and STRECOLI projects, where she has led the design and implementation of M&E frameworks, facilitated participatory assessments, and strengthened data management systems.
Mphatso is proficient in tools such as Excel, SPSS, and ODK, and is known for her strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Passionate about evidence-based programming and community empowerment, she brings a results-oriented approach and a commitment to learning and collaboration in advancing sustainable development and climate resilience in Malawi.
